Associate Superintendent, Clark Maggart has been with the Paulding County School district 12 years with 33 years in education. He has had experience as a teacher, assistant principal, associate principal, middle and high school principal, director of policy and planning, executive director of middle schools,  and chief human resources officer.

Mr. Maggart graduated from Carson Newman College and State University of West Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Education, Master of Education in Secondary Education and a Specialist in Education Degree in Leadership. Mr. Maggart has served on several boards of civic organizations over the last several years including the PEF Board of Trustees for the last 9 years. He was also part of the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Paulding 22 Program.
