The Paulding Education Foundation strives to create expanded learning opportunities for our students and provide our teachers with the resources and connections they need to provide the best opportunities for our students by:

• Promoting an opportunity for the community to contribute to public education
• Promoting innovative instruction through grants to our teachers and schools, and
• Establishing networks and high return on investment opportunities among public, private and government partners for the benefit of public education in Paulding County.

However, the Paulding Education Foundation can not accomplish its goal of educational excellence alone. We need the continued support of parents, teachers/administrators, community/government leaders, and business owners to make this goal a reality.

• • Become a Mentor – By mentoring a student, providing incentives, or monetary donations, you can broaden a student’s learning horizon. You can be the one that makes a difference. In as little as 1 hour a week, you can be the difference that changes a student’s life forever.
  • Become a Member – The Foundation is doing great work, and you can be apart of it! As an annual member of the Foundation, your membership dollars are a part of giving over $50,000 in scholarships to over 100 deserving students and over $20,000 in grants to improve experiential learning each year.  Because the Foundation is a registered 501(c)3 organization, Individuals can commit to giving a tax-deductible, monthly or annual donation, to help fund some of these ongoing programs and scholarships for as little as $60 a year. When you contribute, you will receive regular updates that show you the impact you are having on these students.
  • Become an Annual Corporate Sponsor – For as little as $7,500 a year, businesses can have a significant impact on our students and receive exclusive high profile branding and advertising opportunities inside our school distribution channels. With over 3,400 school district employees and 30,000 students, the Foundation can offer businesses the inside track to this highly coveted and protected group. While many businesses want to reach these 34,000 households, very few are given the opportunity to advertise inside this closed network.
  • Become a Foundation Volunteer – Whether it is just a few hours a month or annually on certain projects, the Foundation could use your heart, skills and expertise to further our mission in supporting our students and teachers. Join our Paulding Education Foundation Advisory Board and work with other community volunteers to help plan our events, connect schools with local businesses or coordinate special projects. This has also turned out to be one of the best business networking groups in the county as you will form trusted relationships with other businesses and community volunteers.
  • Provide Internships – Building strong relationships for… EDUCATORS… STUDENTS… and EMPLOYERS. By partnering with the Foundation, your company can tap into the Paulding Work-Based Learning Program that assists businesses with building a highly trained, technologically sophisticated and career oriented young in the workforce. Our goal is to assist in the creation of a strong support structure between local employers, students and schools. Work-Based Learning supplies talent to address industry workforce shortage needs. We promote an industry-driven system where employers set occupational skills standards, collaborate on curriculum, provide work experience and certify mastery of skills.
